Brief Introduction to the Story so Far, and What to Expect

In Cyberpunk 2077, you play as a character called V with a customizable appearance fighting to survive in a sci-fi world filled with danger, amazing technology, and corrupt forces of power. You’ll be accompanied and guided by a fascinating character called Johnny Silverhand. As you gain experience and power, you can upgrade V to customize your playstyle.

Phantom Liberty takes V into an espionage adventure in Dogtown to save the NUS president. V will need to build alliances to accomplish this quest, and will need to choose them well. You’ll face high-security building infiltrations and fight experienced professionals. A new skill tree will also become available to you.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty PC Requirements That Apply to All Presets

• Something you’ll want to keep in mind for every preset level is the updated storage requirements call for at least an SSD instead of an HDD. SSDs can achieve faster loading times than HDDs can.
  • The more demanding ultra, ray tracing: ultra, and ray tracing: overdrive presets require even more advanced and faster storage technology: NVMe drives.

• You’ll need 70 GB available on your drive to install the base game, and 35 GB of available space for Phantom Liberty, for a total of 105 GB.

• The recommended operating system for all presets is 64-bit Windows 10.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty PC Requirements by Graphics Presets

Minimum/Low

For these specifications at low settings in 1080p resolution, CD Projekt Red estimates you may achieve around 30 FPS.

PC Recommendation for Minimum/Low

This version of our Shadow 3.0 PC meets the minimum/low Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty PC requirements, and even exceeds them a bit, especially for the GPU.

Recommended/High

If you’re using specifications matching or similar to these, CD Projekt Red approximates you’ll be able to get around 60 FPS at high graphics settings in 1080p resolution.

PC Recommendation for Recommended/High

Ultra

CD Projekt Red estimates you’ll be able to experience around 60 FPS in 2160p resolution at ultra graphics settings if your hardware meets or exceeds these requirements. Ultra calls for some high-power hardware.

Ray Tracing: Overdrive

To push your graphics setting to the max with ray tracing: overdrive in 2160p resolution, you’ll need a very powerful computer that can at least meet the specs listed below, and CD Projekt Red estimates you’ll get around 60 FPS.
