Expedited Delivery = 1-2 business days processing, 3-5 business days to build, test, package and ship, and 3-5 business days to ship via ground service.
Total time: 7-12 business days.
Standard Delivery = 1-2 business days processing, 5-10 business days to build, test, package and ship, and 3-5 business days to ship via ground service.
Total time: 9-17 business days.
For freight deliveries, you may need to add an additional 3-5 business days.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping due to recent increases in tariff and import tax in addition to the general cost of international shipping due to the weight of our products.
For products purchased outside of the US through an authorized reseller, you will need to contact the retailer or distributor from whom you purchased the product for any returns within the 30-day from purchase period.
If you are outside of the return period, please contact Skytech Gaming Customer Support with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem for assistance. Skytech Gaming will not issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) for the PC or its individual components if you are located outside of the US without prior approval. Skytech Gaming will not be responsible for any customs, taxes or duties. The buyer is responsible for any customs, taxes, duties or other fees collected.
