Prism 5 Gaming PC Series

Prism 5

Three Faces of Glass. One Point of View.

Most gaming PCs give you one window. The Prism 5 gives you three — glass across the front, the left side, and the top, meeting at open corners with nothing in between. Skytech Gaming builds this series on Montech's King 95 3D, a chassis released to mark the case maker's tenth year, and every unit carries the commemorative plate that comes with it. Inside, room for ten fans, a full 360mm radiator, and 450mm of graphics card clearance — enough for the largest flagship cards on the market.

Design

Glass on three sides, and nothing in the corners

A prism takes a single beam and opens it into a spectrum. This chassis does something similar with your build — one machine, seen three ways, depending on where you stand.

Front, side, and top — all glass

Three tempered glass panels wrap the Prism 5, covering the front face, the left side, and the entire top. The corners between them are open, so sightlines carry from one panel to the next without a frame breaking the view. Set it on the desk beside you and the top panel becomes the primary view; set it on the floor and the front and side take over. Every position shows a different face of the same build.

    Built on a tenth-anniversary chassis

Skytech Gaming selects every chassis with the same scrutiny applied to processors and graphics cards. For the Prism 5 we chose Montech's King 95 3D — the case the company built to mark ten years of chassis design, released under the line Dominion in Every Dimension. The anniversary plate sits on the solid metal panel opposite the glass side, so it reads as a mark on the machine rather than an ornament inside the display chamber. It is the kind of detail that costs a manufacturer something and earns nothing back except the respect of people who notice — which is exactly why we noticed.

Nowhere to hide a sloppy build

A single side window forgives a lot. Three panels of glass forgive nothing — every cable run, every connector, every component sitting a few degrees off square is visible from somewhere in the room. Skytech Gaming assembles the Prism 5 to that standard: cables routed and dressed expertly, components aligned, lighting tuned before the system is boxed. The chassis creates the exposure. The build has to earn it.

Performance & Cooling

A panoramic case that still moves air like a workhorse

Panoramic glass usually costs you airflow. The Prism 5 chassis was redesigned internally to avoid that trade — the radiator moved, the fan tray recessed, and the board dropped to make room.

Ten fan positions across four surfaces

Three at the top, three along the floor, two on the side, and two at the rear — ten 120mm positions in total, spread across four surfaces rather than stacked on one. The top takes a full 360mm radiator, the side up to 240mm, the rear 120mm. That spread is what lets Skytech Gaming match the fan and cooling configuration to whatever hardware a given build carries, instead of working around a fixed layout.

02

A fan tray that sits flush with the board

The side fan tray is recessed into the chassis wall so it lines up almost exactly with the motherboard tray behind it. Practically, that buys back clearance where builds usually run out of it. Visually, it keeps the side profile flat instead of stepped — which matters more than usual when there is a sheet of glass in front of it.

03

450mm of graphics card clearance

Four hundred and fifty millimeters is more room than almost any current flagship graphics card needs, including the oversized triple-fan designs that struggle to fit anywhere else. Three intake fans sit along the floor directly beneath it, feeding cool air upward into the card before it exits through the top. Air cooling gets the same treatment — 172mm of clearance takes full-height tower coolers, and the power supply bay accepts units up to 220mm.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Skytech Gaming Prism 5?

The Prism 5 is Skytech Gaming's panoramic gaming PC series, built on Montech's King 95 3D chassis. It has tempered glass across the front, left side, and top, carries up to ten 120mm fans across four surfaces, carries up to ten 120mm fans, and takes a 360mm radiator up top. Graphics card clearance runs to 450mm and CPU cooler height to 172mm. Each unit carries the anniversary plate marking the case maker's tenth year. Every Prism 5 is assembled and tested in the USA with Windows pre-installed.

What makes the Prism 5 different from other Skytech Gaming series?

Most gaming PCs show the build through a single side panel. The Prism 5 opens three faces — front, side, and top — with open corners between them, so the interior reads as one continuous view rather than a window into a box. It is the most display-oriented chassis in the Skytech Gaming lineup, and the only one built on a limited anniversary-edition case.

Does panoramic glass hurt cooling performance?

Not in this chassis. Ten 120mm fan positions are spread across four surfaces — three at the top, three along the floor, two on the side, and two at the rear — rather than concentrated on one face. The top takes a full 360mm radiator, the side up to 240mm, and the rear 120mm. Bottom intake feeds cool air straight up into the graphics card before it exits through the top, and a bottom dust filter keeps that intake path clean over time.

With glass on three sides, how is the interior kept clean?

By building it that way from the start. Every Prism 5 is assembled by hand in the USA, with cabling routed and dressed behind the motherboard tray, components aligned, and lighting configured before the system ships. A panoramic chassis exposes the build from nearly every angle, so there is no back side to hide untidy work in — which is exactly why this chassis is reserved for builds we are willing to show off.

Is the Prism 5 available in different colors?

Yes. The Prism 5 is available in Black and White. Both share the same chassis architecture, cooling capability, and configuration options — the finish is the only difference. Black recedes and lets ARGB lighting read as pure color; White reflects it and spreads light across the interior surfaces.

Why does Skytech Gaming choose the chassis so carefully?

Because the chassis decides how much of your hardware's performance actually reaches you. Airflow geometry determines whether a flagship graphics card holds its clocks through hour three of a session or throttles in the first thirty minutes. Cable architecture determines whether air moves freely. Clearances determine what upgrades fit years from now. Skytech Gaming partners with established case manufacturers and evaluates every chassis with the same scrutiny applied to processors and graphics cards — chassis quality is performance you keep for the life of the system.

What is included with my Skytech Gaming Prism 5?

Every Prism 5 includes professional assembly in the USA, full system testing, Windows pre-installed and activated, and Skytech Gaming's lifetime US-based technical support. Hardware warranties vary by component — see individual product pages for full details.
