    Received my PC in December. After a couple of hours of use, I noticed the PC was causing my desk to vibrate and upon inspection it seems one of the front fans is missing a mounting screw. I’m not sure if thats the cause or one of the fans is overtuned and spinning too fast. A month after owning the computer, my GPU started to die. While I was playing a video game, the game crashed, one of my monitors stopped displaying an image, and my other monitor started to show artifacts on the screen. Horizontal green lines started covering the screen, and after trying to update my drivers, even after doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of the drivers, the green lines stayed and the display ports on the GPU seems to not work. Some software I used to check the GPU health doesn’t even recognize that I have a GPU installed. Attached is an image of my monitor after the GPU started dying.

    I was very impressed with the RMA process. Initially, the computer had an issue with the video card or motherboard, likely from being jostled during shipping. Skytech took it back and fixed it, no questions asked! The new computer worked perfectly!

    Mark 7 with a bunch of option upgrades. Thought it was supposed to come with 4 extra rgb radiator fans on top of the 3 360 mm aio unit. Maybe I misunderstood but I couldn’t be happier. Amd 6700 xt stays at a cool 54 c all the time. This is my second skytech pc, first was pre built from Amazon in 2017, and I couldn’t be happier with the reliability of these pcs. Hope this mark 7 lasts as long as my old arch angel has! Thanks skytech.

    The computer was packaged very well! Only one component had come loose But we fixed it no problem. My only complaints are one, We never got the set up folder.. But we got the info on the website so all was well! In addition, the mouse that came with the computer was broken when received. Im nit-picking though, the pc and overall experience was top notch!

    I’ve wanted to get my own desktop for the longest time, and thanks to Skytech, I was able to. Their Black Friday deal was too good to pass up, so I ended up getting a Mk. VII. After ordering, a week later I was notified that the motherboard I wanted wasn’t available. After talking with some of the BEST customer support EVER, they gave me a wide selection of different motherboards to choose from. My computer has been running excellently, and no bloatware is a life saver! Fantastic product, fantastic customer support. Definitely a good buy for anyone not wanting to be scalped by Newegg for building their own PC.

    Issues with the gpu right away and windows crashed on me and has to get a new ssd for it
