Is this as built, no chance of addition before order or is there any chance of you adding an additional 1T HDD to this build before ordering?

Hello, you cannot modify the prebuilts but you can easily add your own HDD once your Skytech arrives. -Chris

I wanted a first time PC Tower for gaming with my friends. A buddy of mine who owns a blaze II recommended the Chronos to me based on my needs (weekend MMO/FPS online gaming at high/ultra settings). The tower arrived after only a few days and was easy to set up and get running. Ran smoothly and even came with a keyboard and mouse much to my surprise! Runs flawlessly with my ASUS VG289 and the RGB lights are super easy to use. The glass panel is simple to remove if you ever want to upgrade your hardware and their response on customer service is top notch. Thank you Skytech!

It’s absolutely beautiful and works great, although it’s a great pre built for the price it still came with minor deficiencies. The first one i noticed was the glass panel was different then the one in the photo and it took a while to figure out how to take it off myself, there was no guide on how to do it. On the top of the pc i noticed a very thin scratch the was about 3 inches long, barley noticeable but still there. The cpu fan cooler rgb light does not sync up to the rest of the pc’s rgb fans, i had to install a program that let’s me change the color myself and i just eyeballed the color to match the rest of the fans. It did come with extra wires for the motherboard incase anything came damaged (nothing came damaged and everything worked perfectly) but that’s still awesome for skytech to do that. Other then that i think it’s an awesome pc especially for the price. I did the math on everything, both stock price and resell price. In this case with the gpu shortage going on and scalpers goin crazy i would’ve paid $2,178 minimum for resell price (most of that is from the gpu). I hope skytech gets the praise they deserve for selling at a very reasonable price. It’s a 4/5 for me and i definitely recommend this pc for people starting out and wonna give pc gaming a shot

This PC is amazing! It works very well for everything I need.

After a few high-level tech-y tweaks it runs like a finely tuned engine!

The RGB embedded throughout is stunning and adds a very cool vibe.

The keyboard and mouse are mechanical (better for gaming) and have nice RGB lighting as well.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this setup. It is my first gaming PC and I was skeptical about a relatively unknown company like Skytech, but they really came through!

    10 out of 10!

Ordered Late November of 2020 during some huge Black Friday deals (Was looking to build a PC but could not get a hold of the new Nvidia cards). Shipped on time, and professionally packaged.

This is my 2nd Skytech PC and I must say the packaging difference was huge. The PC was covered in a soft fabric bag, and also came with a folder full of order preparation checks, tips and troubleshooting help, and receipts. I had a new Keyboard and Mouse at the time so the equipment that comes with the PC I did not use, but could tell it too has been upgraded from years past. After unpackaging, I did a thorough check of the PC and could tell that there was absolutely nothing wrong internally at all. Only minor thing was a part of the metal backplate was warped very very minimally. Not an issue at all though.

Upon firing the PC up, I was immediately blown away. Much faster speed, high visual appeal, and no software issues from factory. To give perspective, I came from an Archangel(great starter/intro PC)which had a 1050 Ti, 8GB of RAM, with a Ryzen 1200 Quadcore CPU. First thing I tried was changing the PC lights, and I wanted to see them all so fast that I froze the lights lol, but after restart I was able to change the colors again. So many options, although the colors are not infinite, but that was not important to me. Performance is Incredible! I can run any game at 140 FPS on high to max graphics settings. I also made this investment for school somewhat. A PC that can run 3d modeling software, coding programs, or multiple applications for all classes.

I am now 3 months in with owning the PC, and have zero issues whatsoever. Now the price of the PC is up higher than what I ordered it for, and I am super glad I got this when I did! Overall I highly recommend this PC and Skytech!

I was initially hesitant to buy a pre-built PC. However, the shortage of GPUs and my impatience brought me to Skytech. I ended up going with this PC during Black Friday for $1399, which is likely cheaper than building a PC myself with a 3070. Setup was easy, and start up time is fast thanks to the SSD. I mostly play Valorant and get great FPS. However, I am taking a star off due to the lack of support. I reached out to Skytech via their contact page, and they never got back to me. It seems like their support team is active on this review page, so it seems like they only provide support through some but not all of their channels. I’m a bit worried if something does go wrong, I’m SOL. Overall, I am happy with the performance of the PC though.

      Hello Sara,

I apologize for the lack of communication. We have been getting slammed since Black Friday and due to Covid, it’s making the situation a lot worse. If you actually look at the reviews and the question section, it’s only me answering and not a team. -Chris

My partner and I bought two Chronos PCs at the same time several months ago. The PCs play very recent AAA games at high performance very consistently. Her computer works like a dream but my Chronos has a nagging, grinding fan that gets very loud whenever the game starts up and continues until the game stops running — essentially whenever the PC has to exert itself (not just on the most technically demanding titles either, this issue has happened with games from 2012, nearly a decade ago). In the several months since, I had reached out to Skytech support multiple times about this issue and have never received a response; again, for comparison, when my partner reached out to support with a question at the same time she heard back within 24 hours. This inconsistency between my experience and hers has been befuddling at least and souring at worst. It would have been a perfect machine otherwise, especially at the price point!

I bought this PC about 3 days ago and it has been smooth sailing since. I transitioned to PC and this runs so smoothly. Had no problems setting it up and was running Warzone at 1440p with normal/high settings and getting 130 FPS. I love it and I can’t wait to try more and more games out!

Ordered Dec 31, delivered Jan 9. Worked perfectly out of the box and I’ve been playing Warzone on high settings at about 130 FPS. RGB lights look great and computer comes with software to control them. Price was incredible and one of the main reasons I bought ($1600). Especially given the shortage of Nvidia cards I highly doubt I could have built this cheaper myself and it probably would have taken months. Also feels good to support an American company!

Absolutely amazing. As soon as I got the desktop, I download Photoshop & Premiere Pro and a game (Dead by Daylight) on ultra graphics. The game still ran so smoothly on 60 fps with Premiere Pro exporting a 4k video and it was so smooth!! Recommend if you need a great computer as a full-time student but do not need to have the best option.
