    When the PC is running its great. When I first got the PC, every time I started the game I wanted to play, it would restart my entire PC. I called a few times and no one was able to figure out what was wrong. Jose was very helpful and eventually figured out I needed to update my Bios. When buying a prebuilt PC that is not something I feel like should of had to happen. My PC will crash randomly quite frequently and will completely restart itself. It has done this in game and while just searching the internet.

    Overall, when it is running correctly there are no issues and is a huge step up from gaming on console. The bios thing and the random crashing/restarting is a little disappointing.

    I was gaming on a laptop for over 3 years that had a 1050 ti in it and then I finally decided to buy a desktop computer. I was recommended skytech from my friend. For my first PC ever, I couldn’t have made a better choice! Computer runs like a beast, and I got everything I paid for with even the 3070 ti and got it in this GPU shortage! The RGB is amazing and the shipping time only took 3 days to arrive at my place. I wouldn’t change any thing about this computer, I’m satisfied!!
