    Hello Tyler, it depends whether the PC has to be built or not. We try to build an extra buffer but they sell out too quick so most computers are built to order right now. -Chris

    So there has been many things wrong with my computer since I’ve gotten it but I’ve been able to fix most of them through YouTube. Customer service wasn’t much help. My current issue involves when it’s when my computer boots up it goes to some MSI click bios 5 page and i have to turn it off and on until i can actually use my computer. I really don’t think i should be dealing with these issues for the premium price.

    Overall I’m very happy with my purchase! Gamers on the internet shame prebuilt PCs because they often cut corners in various ways, so I felt like I was taking a risk on this. But after having it for a couple weeks, I couldn’t be happier with it.

    Setup instructions could have definitely been better. There were essentially none. What did come with the PC told me to go to the site for instructions on this specific PC, and there weren’t any. This is the only reason my review isn’t 5/5.

    It also came with the wrong cooler, but Skytech Support offered to send me the right one or get a partial refund, so it seems they handle mistakes like that very nicely.

    I received this dec 17 and it has been amazing. Cooling while playing outriders ultra has been in 50s cpu and gpu.

    Been so impressed so far despite some of the negative stuff I’ve been reading. Only wished they didn’t label SKYTECH GAMING and a picture of a big computer on the box. If it was a little more discrete would be perfect.

    Everything worked wonderfully out of the box and I am grateful to have been able to snag this on sale as a gift for my SO.
