    Q
The review this has says "Part lottery wasn’t bad", what does that mean? Do I have to worry about getting bad parts?
    Asked on June 13, 2023 4:16 pm
    Answer

Hello William, since the brand varies on parts that customer meant "parts lottery" as in you don't know which brand you will receive. You have a one year warranty which includes parts and labor so if a part happens to become defective within that one year, we will replace it free of charge. -Chris

    Q
I have purchased this PC and have had 0 issues with it, I love it!! I'm currently running 2 screens on the 3060TI and my GPU temps aren't bad. I'm wanting to run a 3rd screen but don't want to overload the 1 GPU. Would I be able to add another 3060TI to this build? Of course I'm going to upgrade my power supply as well.
    Asked on June 13, 2023 7:54 am
    Answer

Hello Chris, you cannot run another 3060Ti unfortunately but you won't overload the GPU, that's why it has more ports. -Chris
