I am a software designer and Mod Developer…its perfect for what I need, I can run one development session with a separate render session and it’s smooth and responsive.
I can honestly say that this has to be the best purchase I have made when buying a pc. It’s fast, reliable, and an amazing product.
All you need to do is take out the stuff in the case and plug and play…the build of the computer, it wasn’t half-assed and made with care. It was cabled beautifully.
* Frame rates based on 1080p resolution with high graphical settings.

Couldn’t be happier. Ran perfect right out of the box. Saw people saying to update drivers right away but all of mine including MOBO were all updated and current. This pc is built very well, clean, and the cable management is very well done. Was unaware it came with a keyboard and mouse which was a neat little surprise. All temps and performance are top notch while running some demanding games. Highly recommend

Computer is incredible, booted right out of the box. Amazing performance, however the rgb lights were not connected.

Purchased this a few months ago on Amazon. Really happy with it. The value proposition here is fair when considering the shortage. I got an ASROCK board and my Wifi did in fact include Bluetooth which thrilled me.
I had to reach out to customer support after 2 weeks, the AIO Cpu cooler (Cooler master) had a bad pump, I was seeing CPU temps thermal throttle with just 30 minutes of up time during light gaming. They responded to email after a few days and shipped me a replacement AIO- which was a slightly different model (probably just an updated version from Cooler Master).
I exchanged it out and away we went, much better temps. They offered to take the whole thing back and exchange it themselves but I declined and was comfortable doing it.
Couple of things to note for buyers – This is a 3600x CPU, you may very well see fit to upgrade it within the next 2-3 years but I would suggest a different AIO as a 5000 series CPU will likely exceed what this AIO cooler can reliably deal with it. Because of the layout of the PSU at the top, you’ll have trouble throwing in a full AIO heat rack at the top of the case, so fair warning that your CPU Cooling and upgrade path will need to be limited or creative.
You’ll need to do some driver updates on most of your hardware here, nothing special. BIG plus is that this thing boots to desktop on launch and is fully configured. BIG BONUS points for attention to detail as DOCP (Memory XMP) was enabled in motherboard so you’re getting full RAM speeds. I see a lot of prebuilts and even customer builds never both to do this.
Overall I’m very satisfied and was happy with the customer service and build quality. If you’re a novice gamer/consumer, or buying for a relative/friend this is a good choice. You’ll get responsive customer service from the U.S. from what I can tell. You’ll also get a PC that’s fully optimized and ready to go on Boot, just make sure to update your Graphics drivers every month or so. (which can be done in the Nvidia control Panel)

I bought this in January through Newegg.
I’ve been very pleased with the machine.
However, ensure that you update the drivers when you get this…. ALL THE DRIVERs. And by all I mean the motherboard drivers. I had a ton of issues with the computer, but yesterday (yes, 4 months after I bought the computer, might be a little slow here, don’t hate) I updated the drivers for the B550Mac board and !BOOM! it works amazingly. Crushing games at 4k and stable as hell.
Happy gaming.

Pros: All parts match description perfectly.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.80 GHz, RTX 3070 8 GB, 16 GB DDR4 3600, 1 TB Gen4 SSD, B550 Motherboard, 650W Gold PSU, Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
Details say that “Graphics card brand may vary” Mine happened to come with an
MSI RTX 3070 Ventus 2X OC.
Easy set up, just the basic windows 10 profile set up etc.
Came well packaged both inside and out, not a scratch on it.
Came with a surprisingly solid feeling keyboard and mouse. Although i have a wireless mouse i will be using, the keyboard is high keycap, back lit, dimmable, solid or pulsating lights, feels well built, braded cord. Have not tried the mouse but feels solid as well, braded cord there too. Box of spare cables, wires, even an extra power cord. Folder showing quality control info + setup/troubleshooting guides.
Cons: Cant think of any cons.
Overall i could not be happier with this purchase. The price is very competitive considering that there are plenty of builds out there at the same price with previous version RTX cards. Tried to beat this price by picking out parts myself online to see what the total would be, could not do it. Solid build here, everything is well installed, clean, carefully packaged and working perfectly. Plenty of room for more memory, upgrading parts in the future, etc. RGB effects are nice, bright and in sync.
*UPDATE
Have had the time to really put in some gaming on this rig. Several hours of both call of duty and Tomb Raider. Tomb raider being one of the most graphic demanding games out there. Not only am i getting high FPS counts even on max settings, as expected but happy to say temperatures are stable and not once did they reach alarming numbers. Both the Processor and RTX 3070 stay nice and cool, fans do wind up a bit but nothing too crazy. I have had rigs before that did not have great airflow and thus was a bit worried here but thankfully 3 fans and a water cooled processor seems to be more than enough to keep the internals cooled. As far as performance, like i said, it runs everything i throw at it on max settings, 2k (1440p) resolution. As far as 4k goes, dont have a 4k monitor so i cant say but the RTX3070 is up to the job according to reputable reviews online.

Hello fellow Gamer,
I would highly recommend this PC for a variety of reasons.
1. The way this company handles shipping and handling was quite impressive. I had never bought a prebuilt online and this experience has brought me peace and happiness knowing I can make such large purchases and not have to worry if my product will show up broken or not.
2. The computer came exactly as advertised and I am pleased with the results from my RTX 3070 and my Ryzen 3600 processor. GTA V looked like a literal dream while I was playing it at 1440p 144hz last night.
3. The build quality is top notch. Everything feels sturdy and this build comes with a pretty sweet mouse and keyboard.
Here are a list of cons I’ve encountered with this purchase.
1. The fans can get loud at times while playing certain games, I’m not sure why that is, but I had this issue.
2. You never actually know which brand of GPU you are going to be getting. This company should at least let you know prior to shipping.
3. The price tag is a little high, but all things considered this is a prebuilt, so you’re really paying for time in the end. And for that I have saved literal hours trying to buy parts and wait for parts to come.
NOTE: The model I received was the $1399 model of the PC, but I don’t see that product because of the company’s upcoming black Friday sale.

Hello Neil,
Thank you for the kind words and a good review as well. For the fan issue, is it all your case fans or your GPU fan? You can put a fan profile on your GPU if that’s the issue but case fans might be a bit different. As for letting the customer know which brand of GPU they will receive, I personally think it’s unnecessary but I’ll pass it along to the appropriate department. (Since stock on the 3000 series is limited we run into the issue of customers demanding another brand which will cause additional problems with the already limited 3000 series cards, I hope that makes sense)
Completely agree with your last point. If you could build your own PC then by all means you should. However, for those that either don’t know how or just do not have the time, our prebuilts are a really good option in my opinion.
