General Return Policy
1. IMPORTANT! RMA number must be obtained before returning to us. All returns without retail box, parts & accessories, or with mismatched serial numbers, WILL BE RETURNED to you. Refund or exchange will not be granted.
2. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
3. Defective returns are not subject to any restocking fee and qualifies for full refund. All returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee, depending on condition received; and reasons for return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Defective items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
4. We inspect all returns! It is the responsibility of the customer to judge if an item is defective. Any returns tested to be non-defective will be subjected to restocking fee as stated above.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping. This fee can be waived if wrong products were mailed. Kindly note that outbound shipping charge (10% of the total order amount) will be deducted from those packages with undeliverable addresses.
6. Customers are responsible to return everything including the original packaging. Returns with missing parts will be held for 30 days and restocking fee will be applied. If we do not receive the missing parts in 14 days, we will send back the return to the customer.
7. Please review your orders before you confirm it. Orders CANNOT be cancelled once it’s been placed/processed. Customers may return unopened items; however, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. A refund will be processed within 3-5 business days once the return is received.
