    My wife ordered me the Mark 9 and i absolutely love it, exceed my expectations. After months of getting run around from a so called professional pc builder and delay after delay( you know so called (supply chain issues ) I should have gone to Skytech first. save your self the hassle go with Skytech. Mine was order on Mon. 6-13 and was in my hands buy Friday, from the time we order till we received it they kept us up to date on every step of the process. The customer service department is awesome answered every question i had, and delivered as promised which is rare these days, i cant thank you guys enough. If you guys want to sent my your logos I would gladly fly Skytech colors while iracing

    As long as nothing else pops up, an overall positive review, just a few dumb things that shouldn’t have been an issue.

    First off, upon receiving the custom built PC, the combo of my cooler option and motherboard didn’t allow for the 2nd cooler fan to be attached thanks to the ram placement, instead of getting in contact with me they just left it hanging inside the case, very unprofessional.

    When I first plugged the pc in and tried to turn it on, it was impossible to get a display with out slotting in some spare ram I had laying around, so much for quality testing. I did get in contact with a live chat agent who was very helpful over the course of 3 hours, they determined it was bad ram and put in a request for new ram. They ‘accidently’ sent me only a single stick of ram, which if the ram was bad, would have been virtually useless for me. So another not good thing for Skytech.

    After using my spare ram to get the computer started, I had to fight through blue screen crashes while going through windows start up, had to update gpu driver to keep the system from crashing, should have been installed by the team. Another strike.

    I finally determined on my own that the ram being bad wasn’t the problem in the first place. I recently moved my pc from being plugged in directly into the wall to a surge protector, just to be safe. That caused my issues of the motherboard not liking the g.skillz ram and I had to resort to my spare ram again, to which I decided on a hunch to update my bios. It has so far let me use the ram they provided with no issue.

    Overall, not the worst experience, nothing was damaged during shipping, everything was installed correctly and seated properly (aside that dumb fan), the cable management is great.

    But the quality testing team, or this particular agent needs to try better and bring up any potential issues with the customer before shipping out a custom built pc.

    Received my PC with the proper specs and I was very happy with it, but soon after I booted up COD, I realized the CPU was throttling at 100C. It seems that the person who assembled my computer forgot to remove the plastic from the CPU cooler (Dark Rock pro 4). Since I have no experience with PC building (which is why I ordered one from Skytech) I took it to a computer repair shop and they were able to remove the cooler and take off the plastic which resolved the issue. The CPU temps are good now but, removing that piece of plastic cost me $120 on top of the $2600 I spent on my new computer. Regardless, I’m loving my new PC, just wish there was better care taken when assembling. The QC checklist pretty much meant nothing.

    First off, I was recommended this company by my dad who ordered a computer from SkyTech and I got to get my hands on it and take note of SkyTech’s quality. I instantly fell in love with the assembly and cable management.

    On my pc – absolutely fantastic build quality and attention to detail, Chris L was my contact and kept me up to date through email and even notified me the day after ordering online that somehow the motherboard was not included on the order. It was resolved instantly.

    I feel having a pc pre built can be a little stressful, but SkyTech took all of the stress out of the process.

    My ONLY complaint, is that when unboxing the computer the side panel of my case (Fractal Torrent) was popped out due to the sealing foam expanding. The case has a transportation “setting” that screws in the usually easy to remove panels. The foam also knocked off one of the Noctua fans on the cpu cooler. In addition, The side of the case has a scratch on it – either from the unlocked side panel or the UPS delivery people.

    Even though this is technically a negative – I quickly checked all of the parts, cables, and plugs for proper seating. Everything was perfect and it started up perfectly with no issues.

    I know I could have bitched about the scratched case and the sides not being screwed in, but the computer was shipped across the country which can be a hard process for any item. Also – I didn’t even take the time to go through the Fractal box to find the side panel screws for myself. The scratch doesn’t bother me – now I don’t have to worry about it being perfect and pretty LOL

    I’ve had the PC for about 2-3 weeks now and I must say it’s still working great! Arrived on time and with no damages. Would be a 5 star but when I turned on the fans weren’t working. Figured it out within 5 mins that the motherboard hub wire was loose.
