    Q
How do I turn the monitor into portrait mode like is shown in the images. Does this require me to loosen some screws or can it be done without. Is there a certain direction I have to turn it?
    Asked on June 7, 2021 12:30 am
Answer Hello Lee, you should have received the manual with your monitor but the instructions state to adjust the monitor to max tilt angle. Then slowly rotate the monitor clockwise by 90* and then adjust the title angle as you need. You don't want to force it in anyway. -Chris

Does it have blue light filter?
    Asked on March 30, 2021 2:05 pm

When the monitor is working, it is great. Unfortunately the display drops without warning every once in a while and I have to re-seat the display cable. Tested with more than one PC and both input types, same issue. This makes online gaming, streaming, etc.. a no-go because I never know when my display is going to go out.

Looks good the two times I could boot up with it! I do wish there was more power cord between the monitor and the adapter brick—makes cable management harder.
